Bio
Hello! I’m Alfredo Salviejo, a veteran Math Teacher. I believe every student can learn math when it’s taught clearly, with patience, and connected to real life. My philosophy is to meet students where they are, build confidence, and help them see math as a tool for opportunity rather than a struggle. Over the years, I’ve guided students from failing grades to success, coached chess champions, and supported learners in exam prep and college readiness. I also worked as a Data Analyst at KPMG, applying math to solve real-world problems—something I bring into lessons to show students the “why” behind the numbers. I hold a Bachelor’s in Mathematics Education and training in data analytics. Parents describe me as patient, approachable, and motivating. My sessions are interactive, encouraging, and relatable, designed to spark confidence, resilience, and a lasting love of learning.
