HI I'm Amy! I’m a passionate and experienced tutor with more than 20 years of experience. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Reading from Texas A&M University. I believe that learning should be engaging and I use various teaching methods and strategies to make my students’ lessons interactive and fun. I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their academic goals and take pride in their success. Besides teaching, I enjoy traveling and spent 6 years living overseas with my husband and our three children.

I have more than 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience. Most of my experience is in teaching Math and Reading in 1st - 4th grade, and I have taught in public schools, private schools, and even homeschooled my children while living overseas.
