Bio
I am a Special Education teacher who prides herself on making learning fun. I believe it is extremely important to get to know your students and differentiate learning accordingly. Not all students learn the same way and if they are not understanding something, it is my job to try and teach it in a way they will understand! I like to have fun while learning and encourage students to do their best. To tell you a little more about me, I am a crazy dog lady , with 2 dogs and 3 cats. I love being outdoors, traveling, and problem solving. I do some dog training in my spare time. So basically I love teaching, whether dogs or children. :) Teaching new skills is just my thing!

I have 9+ years experience teaching elementary and middle school, specifically working with struggling learners. I am certified in Orton Gillingham Reading and have been trained in Wilson Reading and Lindamood Bell, as well as various math intervention programs.
