Bio
Hi! I’m Ashley Graziano, a certified Elementary (Grades 1–6) and Special Education (K–12) educator passionate about helping students grow academically and build confidence. Educational Philosophy I believe every student can succeed with individualized support and clear, structured instruction. I focus on strengthening foundational skills and building true understanding—especially in mathematics—so students develop problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset. Tutoring Goals My goal is to help students close learning gaps, gain confidence, and become independent learners through purposeful, engaging sessions. How I Build Relationships with Students I foster trust and motivation through patience, encouragement, and positive reinforcement, creating a supportive environment where students feel safe to ask questions and celebrate progress.

I am a certified Elementary (Grades 1–6) and Special Education (K–12) educator with over ten years of experience. I have served general education students in grades PreK–6 and students with exceptionalities (ESE) in grades PreK–12. I provide tailored instruction, delivering standards-aligned lessons tailored to diverse learners. My primary focus is mathematics, specializing in math intervention and Singapore Math strategies that build conceptual understanding, number sense, and problem-solving skills. I hold certifications in Elementary and Special Education and is experienced in differentiated, data-driven instruction aligned to Common Core standards, supporting measurable academic growth for students of varying abilities.
