Bio
Hi! I'm Bianca Rodriguez, a passionate and dedicated educator with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Florida State University. I also hold endorsements in Reading and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child can succeed with the right support, encouragement, and approach. I strive to create a learning environment that’s warm, positive, and engaging, where students feel safe to take risks and grow. While I’m certified in elementary education and trained to teach all core subjects, I specialize in math instruction. I enjoy helping students build strong number sense, problem-solving skills, and confidence in math through engaging lessons. I’m also trained in foundational reading strategies and can support early literacy, including phonics, to help younger students develop essential reading skills. I look forward to helping your student grow!

I’ve spent the past three years in the classroom—one year teaching Kindergarten and two years teaching 3rd grade Math and Science. Before that, I completed internships in 1st grade and 4th grade Math and Science, giving me valuable experience across different elementary grade levels.
