Bio
Hi! I’m Mrs. Bowman, an elementary teacher with a passion for helping students build their skills and confidence. I have a strong background in English Language Arts, including reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension. I believe every child learns differently, so I use a patient and encouraging approach tailored to each student. My goal is to help students strengthen their skills, overcome challenges, and become more confident, independent learners.
Teacher Specialization
I have 3 years of experience in education, including 2 years teaching 3rd grade ELAR and Writing in a traditional classroom and 1 year of virtual education experience teaching 4th grade ELAR and Writing. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Education in Elementary Education (K-6) and am certified in Arkansas. I am also Texas certified in Core Subjects and ESL Supplemental for EC-6. I specialize in elementary reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and comprehension. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and individualized. I adjust my instruction to meet each student’s needs and help them build both academic skills and confidence.
