Bio
Hi! My name is Brittni. I have been working in special education for eight years, working with various grade levels and subjects. I frequently work one-on-one with students and in small groups and also have experience tutoring for the past five years. I love to being outdoors, going on hikes or walks and love reading. My favorite series is Harry Potter. Can't wait to work with you! I believe it is important as a tutor to remember that all students learn differently and what might work for one student, might not work for another. I approach tutoring with this mindset to be prepared to teach things in different ways that will reach all learners. My goal as a tutor is to provide all learners with the tools they need learn. I develop relationships with my students by learning more about them and providing tutoring in a fun and engaging way.

I have worked in special education for eight years and have tutored for the past five years both virtually and in person. I have worked with students of varying disabilities and learning levels. I have tutored all subject areas including math, reading, writing, spelling, phonics, science and social studies. My degree is in special education for Prek-grade 4.
