Bio
Hello, my name is Caitlyn Cradoct! I have been a classroom teacher for two years and have over eight years of experience working with children through substitute teaching, tutoring, and teaching. I earned my degree in K–6 Education from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. During my first year in the classroom, I was honored to receive the Teacher Promise Award. I believe every student can succeed when they feel supported, confident, and motivated. I focus on meeting students where they are and building on their strengths through engaging, meaningful instruction. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. By keeping lessons interactive and fun, I help students stay engaged while growing both academically and in confidence.
Teacher Specialization
I have worked as a tutor for four years, supporting students in closing learning gaps, reinforcing foundational skills, and preparing for important assessments such as the STAAR test. My approach is to help students succeed academically, build confidence in their abilities, and foster a genuine love for learning. My experience includes four years as a tutor, two years as a student intern, one year as a resident teacher, and two years as a teacher. This range of experience allows me to effectively support all learners and tailor instruction to help each child reach their full potential.
