As an experienced educator with 18 years of teaching, I'm dedicated to making learning an exciting and engaging experience for students. Shaking things up and offering a fresh education perspective encourages independent exploration and discovery. My goal is to explain complex ideas and concepts in a way that's clear, concise, and fun to learn. I aim to help students nurture their unique strengths and abilities, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment where everyone can be themselves. Drawing inspiration from nature and my passion for travel, I bring those insights to the classroom. I choose to tutor to provide flexible and targeted support to help students grow and meet their academic goals. A diverse repertoire of teaching methods and resources empowers students to ask more questions, explore new ideas, and fully engage in their learning journey.

18 years teaching all levels and classes of English 7-12: English 1, 2, 3, 4 (Freshman-Senior), AP Language and AP Literature, and Dual Credit. Electives taught are: Creative Writing, Mythology, and Technical Writing. ACT Certification in English, Reading, and Science.
