Bio
Hi, I’m Christie McKee, and I’ve spent more than 30 years teaching students from kindergarten through university. My passion has always been helping learners gain confidence, discover their strengths, and experience those “I get it!” moments. I’ve trained teachers in both ELA and math, led curriculum development, and supported schools in building strong instructional practices. I hold two master’s degrees and was honored with the California Miramar University Award of Excellence for practical, student-centered teaching. My teaching style is warm, encouraging, structured, and adaptable—I meet students exactly where they are and help them take the next step forward. I believe learning should feel achievable, supported, and meaningful. I can’t wait to help your student grow.
