Bio
Hi! I’m Cynthia Franco, a certified elementary and special education teacher with more than 20 years of experience helping students grow academically and build confidence as learners. I am certified in Texas and New Mexico and have experience in elementary education, special education, reading intervention, structured literacy, English language learning, and online tutoring. I especially enjoy supporting students who need extra help with reading, writing, phonics, comprehension, and elementary math. My lessons are encouraging, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual strengths and needs. I believe learning should be a positive experience where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and celebrating progress. My goal is not only to strengthen academic skills, but to help every student become a more confident, independent learner.

As a certified educator in Texas and New Mexico (Generalist Elementary and Special Education PK–12), I have extensive experience supporting students with ADD/ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral needs, English Learners, gifted and advanced learners, and students with a wide range of abilities and learning needs. I specialize in reading intervention, literacy, elementary academics, tiered support, and differentiated instruction. I believe every student can make meaningful progress when instruction is tailored to their individual strengths and needs. My tutoring approach is patient, encouraging, structured, and engaging, with a strong focus on building both academic skills and confidence. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel successful, supported, and empowered to become more independent learners.
