Greetings! I am Dr. Danielle Webster, an educator with over 16 years in Education. My philosophy is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I desire to create an atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. I am also a transformational leader. Working towards a shared vision is always effective.
Teacher Specialization
I genuinely have a passion for Education, so my educational journey is extensive. A bachelor's and a master's did not meet my expectations or thirst for the field. I continued to pursue another master's and a doctorate in Education. The classroom experience of teaching grades 1st-3rd allows me to show my strengths in Elementary Education and provide a great knowledge base to teach elementary students.
