Hello, I'm Mrs. Hede from Wyoming. I love meeting students from around the country and look forward to helping you achieve your goals. My students say I am patient, caring, helpful, and explain concepts in a way they can understand. I believe that every student can succeed with the right support. I strive to create inclusive learning environments, meet students where they are, and engage in meaningful learning. Together we will set realistic goals and work to meet them together. I look forward to getting to know you!
Teacher Specialization
With over ten years experience as a science educator, in person, and online, I will meet you where you are and help fill in any gaps necessary. I have taught all science subjects from grades sixth through twelve. My specialty areas are middle school science, hands on STEM, life science, biology, environmental science and chemistry. I also have experience with ACT and SAT test prep and middle school math tutoring. I have taught classes with only a few students, to many students, with diverse needs around the country. Currently, I hold teaching certifications in seven states, an Associate's Degree in Pre-Pharmacy, Bachelor's Degree in Biology, and Master's Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction.
