Hi! I’m Mrs. Stanfill, a Diet Pepsi-loving mom who genuinely loves helping students learn and grow. Educational Philosophy I believe every student can be successful when they feel supported, understood, and confident enough to try. Learning looks different for everyone, so I work to meet students where they are and help them move forward. Tutoring Goals My goal is to make challenging material feel manageable and less intimidating. We’ll work together to strengthen skills, build confidence, and develop strategies you can use independently. Building Relationships I want students to know they have someone in their corner. I build relationships by listening, getting to know each student as an individual, celebrating progress, and creating a space where it’s okay to ask questions and make mistakes.

-Degrees: - Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and minor in Fine Arts from the University of the Cumberlands, Williamsburg, KY -Masters in Reading and Writing Specialist from the University of the Cumberlands, Williamsburg, KY - English as a Second Language endorsement from Holy Cross College, Notre Dame, IN - 14 years of teaching, seven of those are in the virtual setting. - Five plus years of tutoring students of all levels. - Grading writing responses for schools across the country.
