Bio
Hello, my name is Jarrod Welch. My educational philosophy is every one of us can reach our potential if the student, the teachers and the families all have the same goal in mind and a commitment for success. Working to find the best approach for each learner is paramount on attaining the highest level of understanding. I have taught in schools with various socio-economic standing, with learners of varying framework and all facing their own obstacles, amd we have achieved through planning, communication and determination. I believe the student determines how high he can soar, but only with the commitment of everyone around them. I think listening, care and patience help build the relationships that allow student to feel comfortable to make a mistake and keep going. Together we can!
