Bio
Every child learns differently, and I believe it's my job to discover what works best for each student rather than expecting every student to learn the same way. I use personalized instruction, positive encouragement, and meaningful feedback to help students master new skills, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning. My goal is for every student to make meaningful academic progress while gaining the confidence to tackle new challenges independently. I want students to leave each session feeling capable, motivated, and equipped with strategies they can use long after tutoring ends. I want every student to feel seen, heard, and encouraged from the moment they join a session. By building trusting relationships and creating a positive, judgment-free learning environment, I help students develop the confidence to take risks and reach their goals. I love traveling and have visited nearly 60 countries, and every adventure reminds me that there's always something new to learn
Teacher Specialization
I am a Florida-certified educator with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K–6) and Special Education (K–12). I've worked in education since 2015 and have been teaching since 2019 in both classroom and virtual settings. I specialize in elementary reading, writing, and math instruction, as well as homeschooling support, intervention, and test preparation. I have extensive experience working with students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and executive functioning challenges. I use differentiated instruction, evidence-based teaching strategies, and IEP accommodations to meet each student's unique learning needs while building strong academic foundations and lasting confidence.
