Bio

My name is Jennifer Eikenhorst but my students call me, Mrs. Ike. I love math, but there was a time when I didn't! I have found ways to make math fun and more like a game or puzzle. I also love painting, playing board games and watching movies with my family. My favorite game is Yahtzee. I also love animals; we have 3 cats and 3 dogs. In my free time I go for walks and read. Helping people be more confident with math has always been a passion of mine, and it is my goal to take make sessions fun and understandable with real-world examples. Creating a love for math in all my students is my personal mission, and I look forward to helping each student achieve their goals!

Teacher Specialization

I received my BS in MS Education in 2008 and hold a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I have worked in both private and public schools in many subjects but primarily math. In 2016, I began working in online education. I love working with struggling students and helping them feel confident seeking progress over perfection.
