Hello! I am an experienced Stride virtual teacher. I hold a MS.Ed in Education. I pride myself on using virtual tools to build a positive relationship and an engaging environment. Learning is based on relationships! My philosophy is that children learn best when they feel respected. A balance of fun and work must be had and then the magic of learning can occur. I am a book worm, a mother, and a nature lover. I can't wait to help your child succeed!
Teacher Specialization
I have both traditional and virtual teaching experience. I am in my 8th year of education. I have had a wide variety of teaching experience! I have taught all subjects at the elementary and middle school levels. Something fun about my experience is that I also have taught English as a Second Language and have an undergraduate degree in English Literature despite having a math heavy teaching background.
