Bio
Hello, I am so excited to introduce myself to you and begin our learning legacy together. I have spent many years working with elementary students and supporting them as they grow academically and build confidence in their abilities. I thrive to create a positive learning experience where students feel supported, motivated, and excited to learn. My teaching approach is student-centered, data-driven, and focused on building confidence. I believe students learn best when they feel safe, valued, and connected to their learning environment. I differentiate instruction to meet each student’s academic needs, language backgrounds, and learning styles. As a tutor, I am patient, supportive, and well organized. I provide clear guidance and structured lessons while incorporating engaging and creative strategies that help students truly understand concepts. My goal is to help every student feel encouraged, capable, and confident as they grow toward academic success.
Teacher Specialization
I am a certified educator with 12 years of experience in elementary education, supporting students in Elementary school. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education as a Bilingual Instructional Specialist and a State of Texas Teaching Certification. My teaching background includes over six years teaching second grade, along with experience supporting students in upper elementary grades through targeted tutoring and academic support. I specialize in bilingual education and differentiated instruction, helping students with diverse language backgrounds and learning needs succeed. I have provided both in-person and virtual learning support, and I am comfortable using digital platforms and instructional technology to deliver engaging lessons. Through these experiences, I have developed the ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles, language backgrounds, and academic levels, ensuring that each student receives meaningful and effective support.
