Bio
Hello, my name is Kaitlynn Gracier. I believe every student can grow with clear expectations, structure, and consistent support. Learning should be purposeful and focused on building strong foundational skills that lead to independence and confidence. My goal as a tutor is to close skill gaps, strengthen understanding, and help students take ownership of their learning. I use clear instruction, guided practice, and accountability so students leave each session with measurable progress. I build relationships through consistency, respect, and genuine care. When students feel supported and challenged in a structured environment, they thrive.
Teacher Specialization
I have four years of experience in education, working with students from elementary through high school. My experience includes supporting a wide range of learners, including those receiving specialized services and individualized instruction. I have provided instruction in both in-person and virtual settings, ensuring lessons are clear, structured, and accessible online. I have taught reading, writing, and mathematics, along with targeted academic interventions across grade levels. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. My specialization is supporting diverse learners while maintaining high expectations and structured learning environments.
