Hello. I am Mrs. Simon. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child can learn. Although students learn at different paces and in different ways, each one has the potential to succeed. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas. I believe that strong relationships built on trust and respect are essential to student growth. I am committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. My ultimate goal is to contribute to every child’s success and empower them to reach their full potential.
Teacher Specialization
I am a teacher of over 15 years and 5 years as an administrator. I have a few years experience teaching virtually.I have experience teaching Math, Science, Reading and Social Studies at the elementary level. I have a Bachelors in International Relations and a Masters in Childhood Education.
