Bio
I believe that every student has unique strengths and potential waiting to be unlocked. My teaching philosophy centers on creating meaningful engagement and building genuine connections with my students, because when learners feel seen and supported, they thrive. My passion is helping students overcome barriers and reach goals they once thought impossible. I design lessons that meet students where they are, celebrate progress, and foster the confidence they need to become independent learners. I'm committed to making my classroom a space where every voice matters and every student knows they belong. I believe that strong, authentic relationships are the foundation of effective learning. I create a classroom culture where trust is earned through consistency, empathy, and high expectations paired with unwavering support. My name is Kristen. My favorite season is Summer! During summer, I love being outdoors, doing a local hike or riding bikes.
