My name is Dr. Kristina Nefstead. My educational philosophy is based on the 7 “C’s: • Courteous - be kind • Courageous - reach out and grab knowledge • Collegial - share and learner from one another • Cooperative – work together • Considerate - take care of one another • Constant – follow a routine • Creative - lots of choices on ways to lean and share understanding My “Hopes and Dreams” are that you will practice and believe the theme “I Can Do It!” Together we will follow the 7 C’s and enjoy our learning journey.

I have my PhD in Educational Leadership, MA in Curriculum & Instruction & BA in Education. I’m certified to teach K-12 art, all subjects in middle school & I also have my administrative certification. I have served as Head of School in international school in Venezuela, Nigeria & Mongolia & elementary & secondary teaching roles in Thailand, Ecuador, Cambodia, Columbia, Japan, Honduras, Senegal, Burma, & the USA. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge & love for learning with you.
