Bio
Hi, I’m Leslie, an experienced elementary educator with 23 years of classroom teaching and 4 years of online tutoring. I believe students learn best through engaging, differentiated instruction that builds confidence and curiosity. My approach emphasizes meaningful feedback, steady progress, and helping each learner discover their strengths. I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to grow. Building positive relationships is central to my teaching, and I work to ensure every student feels comfortable asking questions and taking risks. I’m passionate about helping learners develop critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, writing, and exploring new strategies that make learning fun and meaningful.
