Hello! My name is Mrs. Owen. I have a passion for teaching math, but really love to teach all four core subjects. I believe in strengthening a student's foundation in basic knowledge before building upon it. No need to become overwhelmed if we do not understand the basics! I can not wait to spend time helping you on your learning journey!
Teacher Specialization
I am an elementary teacher with K12 and have been teaching for 12 years. Currently I teach 4th grade, but have taught all elementary grades K-5. I earned my teaching degree from the University of North Dakota. I have taught in North Dakota, Arizona, Minnesota, New Mexico, and now in Texas. I recently earned my Master's Degree from Southern New Hampshire University online. My current licenses is Texas Early Childhood-6 core subjects.
