Bio
Hello there! My name is Lydia Devereaux. I have a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, and love to foster confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills in young learners. I strive to provide an equitable education for all learners by creating a positive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes - after all, mistakes are how we learn! I pride myself on creating engaging lessons that inspire critical thinking and hold students accountable for their learning. I meet each student where they are, but always hold appropriately high standards - because each learner is capable of amazing things! When I am not teaching, I am working on a creative project or hiking/camping with my husband and pup. I hope you'll join me for a learning adventure - see you on the trail!

I have a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, and over 10 years experience in tutoring and teaching. I am currently a third grade inclusion teacher with experience working with learners from diverse backgrounds and with varying abilities. I am licensed to teach all subjects K-8. Come learn with me!
