Bio
Hello! I am currently a 3rd year licensed teacher. I student taught for a year before that. I believe that every student deserves an education and it's my job to make adjustments to meet the needs of diverse learners. I have always wanted to be a teacher. I am currently teaching, but I want to make a difference in other students lives around the world. There are so many different ways we can learn and I would love to be an option for some students who may need it.
Teacher Specialization
I student taught in a 4th grade classroom for a full year before my first year teaching. Before student teaching I took a clinical class and I was in a 1st grade classroom for a year. I have now been teaching kindergarten for 3 years. I have had the ability to learn more about different approaches to teaching like Constructing Meaning, Science of Reading, Responsive Classroom, and Inclusion in the Classroom. I have also had a lot of experience teaching kids with different learning needs, like English language learners, autism, ADHD, ODD, and speech needs. I also have my ESOL endorsement.
