Hello and so happy to be a tutor with Stride! I believe each student has an area of natural giftedness and that when they learn about themselves they become confident and capable learners. I enjoy math and logic and believe it is a necessary life skill for everyone. Let's do this math!
Teacher Specialization
I have enjoyed more than fifteen years in the classroom, most at the middle grades in mathematics. I am qualified for high school Algebra 1 and Geometry with my current teaching certifications as part of the middle grades math certification and have taught all subjects in elementary and middle school math, social studies and ELA.
