Bio
My name is Megan Meredith! My husband is in the military so we move around! I have a new baby girl named Wrenley, that I love so much. I love being in the outdoors! I am originally from Kentucky. I lived in Virginia for 3 years and now I am in Oklahoma! I chose to become a tutor to help students outside of the classroom setting! Students learn best by having each lesson personalized to them and how they learn. I want to make sure to provide constructive and positive feedback to each student. I believe every student is able to achieve the highest of academic excellence with a little help! Building a relationship with the students I work with is a priority. Having a good repour with students helps them feel more comfortable and able to trust me. I want them to know I am here to help them and support them with their challenges they may be facing.
Teacher Specialization
Teaching is something I have known I wanted to do since I was a little girl in elementary school. I had a teacher impact my life by making sure we were learning but also having fun. That is exactly what I like to do! I have been a teacher for 3 years! This will be my first time with virtual tutoring and I am so excited! I have been hired to teach is 4th grade (all subject areas) and 1st grade (all subject areas). I do have experience in grade levels k-6 with volunteer work! I have been in schools volunteering for 7 years! I graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Elementary Education!
