Bio
I believe education should nurture the whole child—intellectually, emotionally, socially, and ethically. It should foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning in a safe, inclusive environment. Through tutoring, I aim to support academic success while encouraging creativity, confidence, and personal growth. I build meaningful relationships with students based on trust and respect, helping them feel safe to take risks and grow. Teaching has always been a natural calling for me—I come from a family of educators and find joy in the spark of understanding. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, playing and teaching piano, and raising my two amazing daughters.
Teacher Specialization
I have 10 years of teaching in the classroom, as well as 1 year of online teaching, and 3 years of homeschool experience as I homeschool my two daughters, aged 6 and 8. While I have a passion for math and science, I also have extensive experience with teaching reading and writing.
