Bio
Hi, my name is Racheal Horton in my spare time I like to hangout with my family and crochet. A fun fact about me is that I like anything and everything strawberry related.I feel that it is best to meet every student where they are at. Students learn best when they are engaged and being guided through the lesson in a facilitator model versus a lecturer. I aim to help students feel more confident in their abilities and to allow them to know that it is okay to make mistakes, but that together we will overcome the challenges. It is important that students know that we are all human and that we all make mistakes. Students will be supported and celebrated no matter the size of the achievement. I am excited to begin this learning journey with your student.
Teacher Specialization
This will be my 5th year teaching. I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd and 3rd Grade. I have my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.
