Hi, there! I'm Ms. Moore, an experienced teacher with a passion for helping students create through the lens of their own interests, passions, feeling and experience. I am a life long learner myself, a traveler, and I encourage all students to embrace their diverse qualities and interests that make them truly unique. I hope to help you explore your challenges in new ways that will help them "click" for you and help you enjoy your learning along the way! In my free time you might run into me on Lady Bird Lake, at a local art gallery or music show, or at an Austin FC match! You may get to know my Border Collie, Shadow, if you work with me! :D
Teacher Specialization
Across my teaching career, I have taught all grade levels, and several subjects! I taught Middle School Language Arts in the classroom for four years before pursuing my biggest passion, teaching Art. I've also taught online Elementary and Middle School Reading, Math, P.E., Science, as well as coached middle and high school soccer. Other teaching experience includes leading summer camps and student trips abroad through EF tours.
