Bio
Hi! My name is Samantha Bartczak. My teaching philosophy centers on advocating for every student. I carefully design instruction with each learner in mind, incorporating auditory, visual, and kinesthetic approaches to ensure all students can access the material. I believe hands-on, engaging learning experiences help students stay focused, enjoy the process, and build confidence. In my free time I enjoy walking my dog, gareding, baking sourdough, and spending time with my family, and I've dreamed of becoming a teacher since I was young so I can make a positive difference.
Teacher Specialization
I have 13 years of experience in education, beginning with teaching Pre-K before moving on to 3rd and 4th grade ELA, math, and science. I later taught 6th grade ELA and reading, and I am currently a 5th grade special education teacher. I am certified in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education, Literacy, and Special Education. My classroom and my tutoring style is student-centered, supportive, and respectful. I strive to create a caring, interactive environment where students feel valued, encouraged, and motivated to learn.
