Bio

I love making math applicable to students lives and my main goal for students who enter my classroom is to have them leave liking math just a little bit more than they did when they walked in. I love using games and interactive and self-checking activities to promote independence in my classroom with my students.

Teacher Specialization

I’ve been teaching HS math since 2014 and tutoring math since 2009 . I’ve taught every high school math course between Pre-Algebra up to Advanced Math & IB SL 1, including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Advanced Math (pre-calculus), AFDA including Pre-AP and Pre-IB/IB classes. I've also tutored all middle school math classes (Math 6, 7 & 8).
