Bio
My name is Samantha Horn and I am looking forward to being part of your educational journey! Math is so important because it is all around us. As a math tutor, my goal is to provide you with strategies and support that will help you grow in your mathematical thinking! I live in Central Florida with my husband and two daughters, ages 9 and 6. When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family and friends, playing basketball, and doing jigsaw puzzles!

This is my 13th year teaching! Prior to joining the K12 team, I taught middle school math in brick & mortar schools for 10 years. I am a proud Knight, having graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K-6) and a master's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education (6-12).
