Bio
Hey guys! I chose to become a tutor because I believe in one-on-one help and flexibility for students, which allows them to reach their goals. I am a certified Spanish Teacher in grades K-12, and I am also a certified School Counselor in grades PreK-12. I have a Gifted and Talented teaching endorsement and I am currently working on getting certified in teaching American Sign Language! I believe every student has different strengths and it is important to find those strengths to help students understand all material. I hope to help students gain confidence, knowledge, and skills they can take with them out of the sessions and into their classrooms. I love building positive relationships with students by incorporating their personal likes and interests into the content.
Teacher Specialization
I am a sixth year High School Spanish teacher. I have experience tutoring in various areas, such as all levels of Spanish, Reading/Writing, Math, Science, and History of all ages, specifically upper elementary grades, middle school, and High School. I also am very familiar with ACT and SAT testing and have helped dozens of students learn the test more and get more comfortable with the content to get them better scores.
