Bio
Hi, I'm Sherrie Odom, a recently retired teacher with 30 years of experience as a K-6 grade teacher and instructional coach. I was selected as teacher of the year in 2010. My success as an educator comes from building relationships with my students. Once I understand their strengths and weaknesses, I can support them with various strategies that fit them. Of course, I also believe learning should fun as well especially at a young age. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband and pets. We have three dogs and a parrot named Faith.
Teacher Specialization
I have a master's degree and national board certification. I can teach all subjects K-6. I have a vast knowledge of reading, writing, and math strategies for this age group.
