Bio
Throughout my years of teaching, I have taught students at various proficiency levels. I believe that it is important to find a learning style that best works for the student to help ensure that my students understand what is being taught. I am excited to work with you to help you understand whatever you need help in! I want to make sure that students feel confident and gain understanding of whatever subject material they need help with. I want students to feel that I am helping them and I will do this by providing positive feedback. My name is Shivani Bhakta. I live in Las Vegas. I like to travel to new places and hang out with my family and friends. I want to become a tutor to help students gain understanding in what they need help with.
Teacher Specialization
I have been teaching at the lower elementary level for 7 years. I have taught 2nd grade and currently am teaching 1st grade. I have a Bachelors of Science in Child and Adolescent Development with a minor in History. I also have a Master of Education in Curriculum and Development and I also have Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction.
