Bio
My name is Stacy Chronowski and I have 7 children of my own. I like to crochet and read in my spare time, but most of all I like to spend time with my husband and my children. I became a tutor because I want to work with students one on one and help them achieve their academic goals. All students can learn with support from their teacher and the correct learning strategies. As a tutor, I will find the learning strategies that work with your student and also provide feedback to help the student grow. Giving students the confidence they need to achieve their goals is very important to me. I will work to help your student with growth and academic success. I feel that building positive relationships with students is very important. Positive relationships lead to a good working relationship that leads to student success.
Teacher Specialization
I have taught in a Pennsylvania public school district for 20 years. I have taught Biology, Biology 2, seventh and eighth grade science, seventh and eighth grade pre-algebra and STEM. I have a BS in Biology with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry. I earned an M.Ed in Curriculum and Development. I am certified to teach Biology 7-12, general science 7-12 and Mathematics 7-12.
