Bio
I am a certified teacher with several years of experience working with students from preschool through high school in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I believe children learn best when instruction is tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and interests, and I work hard to make learning engaging, supportive, and confidence-building. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students improve academically, but also to help them become more independent, motivated, and comfortable with challenging material. I focus on clear explanations, positive encouragement, and meaningful feedback so students understand their progress and feel proud of their growth. Building strong relationships is very important to me, and I create a calm, respectful environment where they feel safe asking questions and trying new things. I have experience working with diverse learners, including students who need extra support, and I enjoy helping each child find strategies that work best for them.
