Bio
My name is Dr. Susan Campbell, and I am from Georgia. My teaching philosophy is rooted in individualized, data-driven instruction that supports each student’s unique learning needs and promotes academic growth. I value patience, equity, and consistency, and strive to create a respectful, supportive environment where students feel confident to ask questions, take risks, and succeed.
Teacher Specialization
I have 25 years of experience in teaching/tutoring. I am dual-certified in both general education and special education. I have a master's and educational specialist in general education, and a PhD in special education. I have experience teaching all grades K-12, as well as Adult Education/GED and undergraduate college studies. While I have experience teaching all subjects, I specialize in ELA/Reading and served as a reading specialist for both general education and special education students. I also specialize in working with students who have been diagnosed with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, EBD, ELL, and general learning disabilities.
