Bio

My name is Tiffany Armstrong. I’m from Little Rock Arkansas and graduated from UALR. I like to read and listen to podcasts. My family consists of 6 kids, 3 cats, and 2 dogs, and each of my kids were homeschooled by me at some point.

Teacher Specialization

I am licensed to teach 4th-8th ELA. I have worked with public school students in special education, and I have homeschooled and tutored my own kids who have ADHD and autism. I especially love working in small groups or one on one, which is why I decided to start tutoring. I believe students learn best when they are actively involved in setting their own goals, which is why my students and I evaluate their work together to see what could be improved. I have a commitment to student well being and growth. My goal is to help students live up to their potential and gain the confidence they need to be successful in school and in life.. I want each of my students to feel supported, so I will value and respect each one of them.
