My 22 years of elementary education experience are highlighted by the Teacher of the Year Award and a peer nominated Above and Beyond recognition. I specialize in personalized instruction, providing small groups, 1:1 specialized, and online tutoring. I've consistently delivered exceptional results. I leverage both my classroom background and my technical skills to develop highly engaging lessons, effectively integrating digital resources to supplement content and foster success in young learners. I'm adept at using various strategies and interventions to boost overall and specific goals across grades K-5. My experience spans traditional classroom settings and highly effective online tutoring. I am proud to hold an additional endorsement on my teaching certificate for Reading. This helps me to instruct struggling students with the latest research based proven strategies to improve their acquisition of literacy skills.
