Bio
Hello everyone, I am a 3 year experienced teacher, in multiple grade levels and classroom dynamics. My teaching approach is focused on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring the academic curriculum. I will guide you through the curriculum and academic focus for each lesson, provide hands-on activities, and provide a time for questions to better clarify what we are learning. I will always provide a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment for my students. Let's focus on gaining confidence in our academic areas!
Teacher Specialization
I have taught math, reading, science, and social studies in grades Preschool to Fifth Grade. I have been in the field of education for 3 years. I started with substitute teaching, then completing student teaching, and a full time certified teacher in a special education classroom. I have participated in zoom classes during my college years, but have never been an online tutor. I have taught in a special education classroom, with students ranging from behavior needs to Autism. I hold a bachelor's degree in Birth to Kindergarten Education, with a certification in Special Education teaching.
