Hi! I’m Dr. Stefany Díaz, and I absolutely love helping students discover just how much they are capable of achieving! I believe learning should be engaging, encouraging, and something students can feel excited about. Every student learns differently, so I enjoy finding creative ways to explain challenging concepts and make them easier to understand. My tutoring style is positive, patient, energetic, and supportive. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress. My goal is to help students strengthen their academic skills while building confidence and becoming more independent learners. I love creating connections with my students, recognizing their strengths, and cheering them on along the way. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student have that “I got it!” moment, and I can’t wait to help my students experience many of those moments!

I have 13 years of experience in education and truly love helping students learn and succeed! I have taught middle school, high school, and college students in both traditional classrooms and virtual learning environments. I hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and have a strong passion for science and education. My areas of expertise include Biology, Math, Reading, and reading comprehension, Life Science, Anatomy and Physiology, Health Science, and Medical Terminology. My virtual teaching experience includes live online instruction, individualized student support, progress monitoring, and interactive learning activities. I love taking concepts that seem difficult at first and breaking them into simple, understandable steps. Whether we are working on science, math, or reading, I bring energy, patience, and encouragement to every session and work to make learning fun, meaningful, and rewarding!
