Hi! My name is Ana Perez, and I am an enthusiastic, educator who is passionate about helping students succeed. I speak fluent Spanish and enjoy art and animals—I have a Great Dane named Cosmo, an umbrella cockatoo named Casper, and two cats, Midnight and Bella. I became a tutor because I love helping students build confidence, achieve their goals, and develop a lifelong love of learning. I specialize in elementary education, literacy development, reading intervention, English language development, and differentiated instruction. I believe every student learns best when instruction is personalized, engaging, and builds on their individual strengths. My goal is to help students strengthen their academic skills while developing confidence, critical thinking, and independent learning habits. I build positive, trusting relationships by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel valued, respected, and comfortable asking questions. I strive to help every student.
