Bio
Hello, my name is Corinne Garcia. I am a Multiple Subject Educator! I love to teach and help support all students learning needs. My teaching philosophy focuses on: "I believe learning is an active, cyclical process. Instead of acting as the sole authority, I serve as a facilitator who guides students through structured inquiry. By integrating project-based learning and real-world problems, I empower my students to take ownership of their educational journey and build critical thinking skills". Every child deserves a great education they can use for all their life skills and learning journey.
Teacher Specialization
I have a Master Degree in Education, which means I can teach Multiple subjects such as: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. In addition, I have experience in teaching K-12 students. I was a first grade teacher, a substitute teacher and teacher aid. I taught 1st grade for one year. I subbed for Districts for 4 years, including DLI (Dual Language Immersion)- Spanish classes. I was a teacher aid for 2 years for a mild/mod High School students.
