Bio
Hello! My name is Daniela Everding. I am a true believer that everyone is a lifelong learner. With that being said, I believe in Progressivism because it emphasize hands-on learning, problem-solving, and real-world experiences. It encourages students to be active participants in their education. I love getting to know my students and incorporating their interests in my lessons so that it is more personable. I offer guidance and encouragement as needed and I am supportive in my student's learning. My goals for all of my students is that not only do I improve their academic performance, build their confidence, their study skills, enhance their critical thinking but that I foster and grow their love of learning.
Teacher Specialization
I am a bilingual elementary school teacher. I have experience from after school programs prior to getting my teaching credential. I taught elementary in English and Spanish for 7 years. I adapted and changed curriculum to my student's needs. I also have experience with SLL'S, ELL's and ESL students working on understanding different languages.
