Bio
HI - My name is Elisa. I currently live in NY and also spend time in AZ. I have a golden doodle named Bailey. I enjoy walking by the beach, cooking, baking, travel, music, real estate, and sports. Spending time with family and friends is important to me. I am patient and listen to students' needs. Setting classroom goals, expectations and rules for all students allows for better understanding and improved learning environment for all learners. Differentiation of instruction, use of real life examples, and the integration of technology allows the learner to be engaged and develop a deeper understanding of content. No two students learn exactly the same. Taking the time to listen to student and teacher needs in each learning situation is my strength. My goal is to improve student learning with better communication in a safe environment, grow into global citizens and improve self-confidence and self -esteem.
