Bio
Students learn best with repeated practice involving subject areas that interest them. I teach at the individual's instructional level and focus on filling gaps to ensure academic progress. My goal is continued student academic growth . I will build rapport with each student and make learning fun. I’m a passionate certified special education teacher for grades k-12 and also regular education certified in English language arts for middle school. I'm currently a part time middle school special education resource room teacher as well as an online tutor, mother, dog lover, and creative crafter.
Teacher Specialization
I have taught behavioral students for 24 years . I taught all subjects in a self contained classroom, at the middle school and high school level. I currently teach part time in a public school resource room at the middle school level, and tutor online. I am certified in special education for grades k-12, and also certified in regular education for English at the middle school level. I have a BA in English and a Masters in special education.
